Returns and Refunds Policy
If you received a defective or poor-quality product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The product will be replaced with a new one, or we will refund all money paid to your bank account within 1–2 business days.
Please note: if you received a product in an unopened package (container) and subsequently opened or otherwise damaged it, the product cannot be returned. Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
